Terms of service and sale
These terms apply between Manouy and the shops that subscribe to the service. They are not addressed to cardholders, whose relationship is with the shop.
What the service is
Manouy provides a loyalty program whose card lives in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, with no app for the end customer to install. The service is set up and configured by Manouy on the shop's behalf: card design, program, reward tiers, and the QR code to share.
Opening an account
There is no self-signup. Access is opened by Manouy after subscription, and an invitation is sent to the merchant's address. The initial password must be changed on first sign-in.
Price and billing
The subscription is 299 ₪ per month, excluding VAT. Amounts are shown excluding VAT: the Consumer Protection Law requires all-inclusive pricing only for sales to private consumers, and a VAT-registered business reclaims input VAT. Collection and invoicing are handled by PayPlus, which issues the tax invoice.
Cancellation
The merchant cancels from their own account, with no notice and no fee. Billing stops at the end of the current month; the service stays available until then.
Failed payment
A first declined charge takes nothing away: fourteen days pass during which the counter keeps working normally, while the provider chases the merchant. After that, the shop goes read-only and the counter can no longer record a visit. Cards already in customers' wallets keep working.
Data ownership
A shop's customer data belongs to that shop. Manouy does not sell it, does not pool it across shops, and does not use it for its own purposes.
